## TrueNAS 25.10.2

This maintenance release resolves critical upgrade failures, enhances SMB and network functionality, and improves system performance and stability.

- **Critical Bug Fixes:** Fixes critical upgrade failure affecting some systems upgrading from 25.04 to 25.10, SMB service startup with legacy ACL configurations, disk replacement validation errors, and network lockouts from invalid IPv6 routes.
- **Performance Improvements:** Enhanced NFS performance for NFSv4 clients, faster ZFS pool imports and write operations, reduced CPU usage for containerized applications, and optimized API calls in user/group selection fields.
- **SMB Enhancements:** Adds Hosts Allow/Deny network access controls, improved legacy ACL handling, and Kerberos keytab synchronization for Active Directory.
- **Networking Improvements:** Resolves network bridge creation validation errors and IPv6 routing table issues that prevented access to network settings.
- **User Interface:** Fixes Dashboard storage widget displaying "Unknown" capacity, session expiry settings not being respected, SSH access removal for user accounts, and error dialogs with long messages.
- **System Security:** Restricts root account group membership to preserve system stability and prevent accidental privilege removal.
- **Additional Fixes:** Cloud Sync task visibility after CORE to SCALE migration, S3 endpoint validation improvements, iSCSI extent wizard hanging, certificate management for large Distinguished Names, and error notification placeholder text.
